{Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra}
Time to hit the reset button! You are invited to 90 minutes of gentle and restorative yoga, and self-regulation techniques that decompress the mind, release the body, and promote deep sublime rest. This is an all-levels experience. ALL are welcome!

PROPS: Yoga Mat, Yoga Strap, 2 Blocks, Bolster, and 1-2 Blankets
*If you don’t have these yoga props, try these instead:
Yoga Strap: dish towel, scarf, necktie
Yoga Blocks: stacked books bound with rubber bands
Bolster: Couch cushions or other large cushions
Blankets: large bath towels. Not a big fluffy comforter, save that for bedtime!

{Wellness Circle for Caregivers}
A donation-based community monthly gathering with the caregiver in mind. Parents and all caregivers are welcome as we dive into all stages of the caregiving journey. But rather than focus on whom we care for, we will be discussing topics that pertain to our experience as caregivers. 50% of donations will go to a non-profit organization.

Each month, a guest expert will join Isabelle in co-facilitating around a topic and share tools, resources, as well as engage in conversation with the community who attend. Topics will vary from everything from self-care to personal growth.  Movement will also be part of the experience, so please come prepared to practice a little gentle and restorative yoga, meditation, and other self-regulation techniques.

Props: mat optional: bolster, blocks, blanket.

Inspired by the much anticipated New Year- motivated by hope and possibility, Isabelle and her dear colleague and friend, Inge Sengelmann discuss the topic of ‘Beginnings’.
Perfect timing with the start of a new year as we begin again from a fresh, clean slate.
Please bring a journal, props for sitting on, as well as a for a mellow, but rejuvenative yoga practice. ALL caregivers welcome!

Inge Sengelmann, LCSW, SEP, RYT-500 is a licensed clinical psychotherapist and ParaYoga Level 1 teacher who is also certified by Judith Hanson Lasater in Relax & Renew® restorative yoga, and in ParaYoga Nidra. She was initiated by her teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker into the Himalayan Tantric Lineage of Sri Vidya in 2012, has studied the mysteries of Sri Vidya with Pandit Rajmani Tigunait of the Himalayan Institute, and is currently expanding her studies of yoga and Ayurveda with Indu Arora of Yog Sadhna. Inge is a perennial seeker of Truth and a compassionate healer who specializes in disorders of extreme stress as a body-oriented Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP). She thrives at the intersection of body, mind & spirit.
