Join Isabelle each week for a unique experience inspired by yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda. Each class is mindfully curated to reflect and help us adapt better to the seasonal changes we each experience in the places that we live. Class incorporates various techniques such as pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and movement practices to help us achieve vitality in the current moment.
This is open to all levels and modifications are always offered.
Props needed will be announced at the beginning of class in the zoom chatbox.
Props that may be suggested aside from a yoga mat are
1-2 blocks, yoga strap, yoga blanket, and a bolster.
